Interesting. If I then become rotten, Gods facial expression will be just like the lady on the picture, not pleased with the aroma, and He will therefore throw me away. Its true The fridge cannot be connected to the power socket just an hour a day, it must be connected 24/7. So must my connection with God be. Thanks

Good morning Pr. Elijah!
Thank you for sharing the message! What called my attention is whom am I inside! It is easy to have an outside appearance but God knows our inside! One way or another if the inside is not accordance to the word of God, it will eventually erupt in the least expected way, then one will realise they never experienced the new birth!
I have learnt and still learning that sincerity is a key aspect ie I have to be sincere with myself by seeing who I am inside, sincere with God and humble myself by exposing the little ugly things I recognise and sought for assistance an authority person is able to guide you. More importantly, always be in spirit, as when you are rebuked you are humble to accept and desire/want to change! You are determined to change to be beautiful inside out!

Indeed Pastor, the new birth is a total reformation, no signs of the old man at all, only the Holy Spirit of God can bring about this transformation, in our own strength we will surely fail, because the raging battle between the two worlds is intense. What I learnt really is to walk in the Spirit constantly, so that I will not fulfil the desires of the flesh such as anger, rage,moodiness, malice and aggression. Thank you for the message.

Thank you Pastor for this message. This is so true a child depends totally upon his/her parents but as he/she grows becomes more dependent upon him/her self, but it’s so important that no matter how much we grow (in age, spiritually etc) to be dependent on God and God alone.

I really like the first point you made ‘total dependance on the parents’. A child is nothing without the parent’s guidance, some even cry as soon as the mother or father figure is leaving them for a short moment!
