My God help me be all these things so I can be the leader You want me to be, help me see where I need to change and improve and give me the strength to face the challenges that perhaps I am too afraid to face!

  2. Wonderful message! I love the list, very precise and clear.

The points I am loving right now are:
Never backs off, takes risks and invests, takes things by force, always knows what to do, passes security, is organized and strategic.

You know Pastor Elijah, it’s scary but at the same time great to be a leader! There are many responsibilities but in every responsibility comes great fulfillment once we manage to perform them with our best. Everyday God is giving us the opportunity to be a great leader especially for leading people to Jesus with out testimonies. I’m still working out for it, and I tell you there are many setbacks I’ve encountered but as you included above in the list, a leader “Never backs off”. Until now, I am still fighting and never backing off. God bless you! Thanks a lot for this post.

Hi Pr. Elijah! I just read this post again and it’s just now that I’ve seen your reply. Well, thanks for the reply, indeed, it is true! Once we change ourselves, that’s when we start making a difference! GBU more Pastor!
