Straight In The Eye

Eyes

“God’s business is putting things right;
he loves getting the lines straight,
Setting us straight. Once we’re standing tall,
we can look him straight in the eye.”

Psalm 11:7

We need to be able to look in to God’s eyes, not being ashamed of anything. We need to have a clear conscience before God.

How can we do that? When we recognise our wrong and amend our ways, things are put straight. God is always showing us what needs to change in our attitudes, behaviour, thoughts, intentions, manners, etc…One just need to be attentive on how God works.

Can you look straight in God’s Eyes?

    In this world the same thing happens if someone can not look you into the eyes it´s because she or he is hidding something… not telling the truth. Whith God there is no difference, if there is persons who can not look into the pastor´s eyes can you imagine in God´s eyes? Let´s keep our concience cleaned therefore we will be able to look in His eyes always… By the way if you are reading this comment can you look into your spouse eyes?… just to meditate… because if a person has no honor, no word, and is unfaifhul to the one he swore on the altar to be, someone he can see, can you imagine to the One he can´t see?
    Thanks for the post.

  2. Ruth Najeme says:

    Looking into God’s eyes entails having the Spirit of Christ in one self. If one has the Holy spirit, he or she would be able to look into God’s eyes because before the Holy Spirit descends on anyone, that person must have giving his or her life totally to the Lord and as such there must be a change in the person’s behavior,character,attitudes,ways,approach,etc.The person becomes new and purified after having done away with the desires of his or her flesh.The fruit of the Spirit sinks in,and such a person now lives in the spirit in total humbleness to the Lord God almighty, with a clear conscience and blameless life.This type of a person is able to look into God’s eyes.This why the baptism with the Holy Spirit is the most important being that anyone who is of God should pursue to have. I believe the fast of Daniel would enable many to receive and be renewed by the Holy Spirit.
    God bless Pr.
    Thanks.
