Beware!..Someone is Lost!…

Sheep

Nowadays, the word “Christian” is a Joke for many people. Some called themselves “Christians” however they don’t do what Christ requires from them:

“Love your neighbour as yourself” has become an old saying and often forgotten.

Give a glance to below Sacred Scriptures:

Luke 15

The Message (MSG)

The Story of the Lost Sheep

15 1-3 By this time a lot of men and women of doubtful reputation were hanging around Jesus, listening intently. The Pharisees and religion scholars were not pleased, not at all pleased. They growled, “He takes in sinners and eats meals with them, treating them like old friends.” Their grumbling triggered this story.

( Here we can see Jesus would go after those who were lost, sick, demon possessed!. He would create bonds to make that as a hook (Eating Meals and treat them like old friends)

4-7 “Suppose one of you had a hundred sheep and lost one. Wouldn’t you leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the lost one until you found it?

(Jesus emphasized the lost one!..And find it!…How….Seek for it….Seek and you shall find…)

When found, you can be sure you would put it across your shoulders,

(Lost Sheep aren’t able to move, they are hurt, frightened, and often at the mercy of predators. One needs to carry them on the shoulders, meaning literally bring them over to safety and take good care of them)

rejoicing, and when you got home call in your friends and neighbours  saying, ‘Celebrate with me! I’ve found my lost sheep!’

(We need to find our lost sheep!…Beware Today you will come across one!…Will you carry her, in YOUR SHOULDERS?)

When was the last time you carried the lost sheep to the care of the true shepherd and brought them to God’s House?

Thank you Pr for today’s post. I remember when i was once that lost sheep. My best friend never gave up on me. She kept searching and searching until i was found. She carried the true name of a christian without been fake. Here i am doing also the same, i’m searching for my lost sheep and will not give up until i find. I don’t want to have the fake religious name. But to be a true christian by loving my neighbours as myself and bringing the lost sheep so they can be found just like me.
